Q. What does delivery within Japan cost?

Standard courier delivery within Japan costs JPY 700, except for Hokkaido (JPY 1,300) and Okinawa (JPY 1,200).

Standard delivery within Japan is free for merchandise totals of JPY 10,000 or more. Express delivery costs extra. These rates and the free-shipping threshold apply to domestic delivery only.

Q. Can you ship overseas?

Availability and shipping costs depend on the product and destination. Please contact us before ordering to confirm. Products marked as Japan-only, including the Godzilla (2023) sake cup, cannot be shipped overseas.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch within 7 business days of receiving your delivery request, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This is the dispatch time, not the delivery time.

Q. Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from the item ordered. Please note that we do not accept returns after use.
