Q: Please tell me about shipping costs.

A. Delivery by courier is 700 yen nationwide, excluding some areas (※).

(Hokkaido: 1,300 yen, Okinawa: 1,200 yen)

If your purchase amount is over 10,000 yen, we will deliver it to you free of charge nationwide.

Q: Please tell me the estimated time until shipping.

A. We will ship within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receiving your delivery request.

Q: Can I return or exchange the product?

A. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from the product you ordered.

Please note that we do not accept returns after use.
