About the Sales Price

The sales price shall be the amount displayed (displayed price / including consumption tax).

Timing and Method of Payment

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

Credit card, convenience store payment, pay-later (payment in the following month), PayPal, bank transfer, carrier billing, and Rakuten Pay.

Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Convenience Store Payment, Bank Transfer

Please make payment within approximately 3 days from the time of placing your order.

If payment is not received by the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.

Pay Later (Next Month Payment)

Through Paidy, please pay the total amount used for the month in a single payment by the 10th of the following month at a convenience store or via bank transfer.

 

 

Special Provisions Regarding Returns

Return Period and Conditions

  • Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted unless the product is defective.

  • If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.

  • We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened (except in cases where a defect is discovered after opening), or products that have been damaged or soiled due to the customer’s responsibility.

Please check the contents immediately upon receiving the product.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Defective Products

  • In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what was ordered, we will accept the return and provide repair or replacement.

Timing of Delivery of Services or Products

Your order will be shipped within 7 days after payment is completed (or after payment is confirmed in the case of bank transfer).
